These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sticker Craft Infinite ("the app"), operated by Huai Yang ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app.
The app uses artificial intelligence to generate sticker names, descriptions, and artwork. Requests are routed via OpenRouter and may fall back to providers including Google Gemini and OpenAI to ensure service stability. AI output is automated and may occasionally be unexpected, imperfect, or inconsistent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated stickers are produced algorithmically and that we accept no liability for their specific content.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; associated data is removed within 30 days.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of tokens or game progress.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
